As more and more of us are spending time at home in self-isolation or social distancing to help do our bit to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, maintaining our physical and mental health and well-being is of significant importance.

Sport England have set up a helpful resource page on their website with lots of ideas and tips to help you remain as active as possible in and around your home.

Mind have also produced some helpful guidance around how you can support your well-being during these uncertain times.

We wish all Barnet residents well and remember to check government advice if you think you have any symptoms linked to Coronavirus.

We have taken the decision to postpone all pitch bookings for the foreseeable future due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the Government’s recent announcement for people to avoid social contact and gatherings.

Credits or refunds will be offered for missed games, Details for this will be made available in the near future.

This action has been taken with the health and well-being of everyone in mind.

You are encouraged to remain as active as possible and Sport England have produced this guide to staying active whilst at home
