Homes for Londoners

Received: 4 June 2019

Hi, I am doing some research into Discount to Market housing schemes for local people and key workers. I see that Barnet operate such a scheme and was wondering whether any parts of the legal agreements were in the public domain.

I am interested in how the council contracts with developers (presumably via section 106 agreements) to ensure that the Discount Housing reaches the appropriate people and remains in the ownership of those who qualify. Any information that you could share on this matter would be very helpful.
