Please could you provide the following information (covering financial years 2019/20, 2018/19, 2017/18, 2016/17):

1. High Needs block of Dedicated Schools Grant (DSG) funding for 4 years (amount prior to top slice academies, free schools, post 16) and final LA income (£ after topslice)
2. Top up funding amounts or Matrix, including specialism (ASD, SEMH etc.) for the provision/special school/post 16 allocations for each of the 4 years:
3. If reporting a pressure/overspend in any of the 4 years, including 2019/20
-how the LA is planning on recorvery from DSG, i.e. 5% switch funding, savings, reserves, provision closure etc. and if overspends in previous years
-how has this been supported
