re: PFI lighting contract document schedule

With respect to the 2006 contract "relating to the provision and maintenance of street lighting and
illuminated traffic signage pursuant to the Government's Private Finance Initiative"
please supply a copy of the complete document schedule(s) for the whole contract including also
those associated with end of contract processes and record drawing production.

For reference, a "document schedule" is a basic listing of each document showing typically:
title, reference number, revision and dates of issue for each item - a basic requirement of document
control. It is anticipated that this information would be located in archives by now.

Note - this is a request for the document schedule(s) only, not for the actual documents and not
for the drawing schedules (which are normally separately produced).

Kindly advise if this information cannot be simply transmitted in pdf format or if any of the above
needs clarification.
