The Fast Track Service speeds up the administration and review of applications and pre-application submissions. Note that the Fast Track Service will not affect the consideration of your application.
Please note: We assess each request, and confirm that we can offer you the fast track service before we consider your (pre) application. We reserve the right to right to refuse requests subject to resources and availability.
(Pre) applications submitted without the confirmation of the Fast Track team that the service can be offered will not be processed under the scheme, with the exception of householder services.
Each request should include the following details:
- Name, address, phone number and email address of applicant/agent
- Planning portal reference
- Site address
- Description of proposals
- Reference of requested fast track service(s) (eg. service 1, service 2)
You should email all requests for the fast track service before submitting the (pre) application.
Fast track services and costs
We offer many fast track services with various costs.
All fast track payments must be made at the time of request.
