Rhyme Time for babies at Mill Hill library

Wednesdays from 10.15am to 10.45am Rhyme Time is a 30 minute facilitated session for parents and carers and their babies. The session involves nursery rhymes and songs, books and a story. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  Rhyme Time takes places in term time only. 

Conversation Cafe at Childs Hill library

Wednesday at 2pm to 3pm, term time only. Conversation Café is for people whose first language is not English and who would like to improve their speaking skills. The sessions cover a variety of subjects and topics to help you gain confidence in speaking English in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment.

Lego Bunch at Childs Hill library

Wednesdays from 3.30pm to 4.30pm, term time only Let your imagination run wild at Lego Bunch. Every session has a different theme. Join us and see what fantastic creations you can make!

Free digital support drop-in

Monday to Fridays, 9am to 5pm Digital support for local residents to access benefits, housing applications, education, immigration advice , employment, finances, and online money management. No appointment necessary.

Digital drop-ins in Grahame Park

Every Thursday, 10 am to 12 pm Colindale Communities Trust are running digital drop-ins in Grahame Park Old Library every Thursday, 10am to 12pm. This problem-solving session is for all to bring their device or borrow a laptop. No need to book, just drop-in. This is an in-person event.

Shared Reading for Adults at Childs Hill Library

Thursdays at 11:00am - 12:30pm, term time only Our Shared Reading group is a place to relax, make new friends and share stories with others every week. You can just drop in, sit down and enjoy listening to a great story or poem - there is no pressure to talk or read.  

Baby Bounce and Play at Colindale Library

Baby Bounce and Play is a rhyme, story and sensory play session for babies that can't walk yet. Sessions cost £3.50 payable at the library desk on arrival. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Tech and Tea Classes

Every Thursday from 11.45am to 1.30pm Need support learning to use your phone, iPad, tablet, or laptop? Or maybe you would like to learn about other technology. This is an in person event.
