Welcome to the Growth Directorate careers page. The Growth directorate researches and informs the Council's understanding of external and internal changes impacting upon infrastructure planning within the Borough.

The programme of work undertaken across the Growth directorate is informed by the Council's corporate strategies, notably the growth strategy, housing strategy, and local plan, which set out the Council's approach to Regeneration and Estates up to 2030.

To achieve this programme the Growth directorate is broken down into five services
