If we have issued you with an any vehicle or vehicle specific printed parking permit and it has been lost or stolen you will need to;

• Report it to the parking permit team right away (confirming the permit reference number)
• Report it to the police (if stolen) right away and contact the parking permit team and provide a crime reference number

Once reported the permit will be cancelled on the system and the permit invalidated to prevent any potential fraudulent use.

A replacement permit should be issued which will have a new permit reference number (the permit team may contact you for further information prior to issuing a replacement permit).
