Tennis in parks
There are over 50 tennis courts available in Barnet, across 23 of our parks and green spaces.
Most of the courts are free to use but you will need to book.
Tennis courts in Edgwarebury Park, Hendon Park, Montrose Playing Fields and Victoria Park can be booked for 1 hour sessions.

You can book a tennis court for free at Edgwarebury park and Montrose playing fields as well as many other park locations in the borough.
Hendon park and Victoria park must be booked, the charges are £7 per hour, concessionary rates are available.
Club tennis
If you or a family member are interested in playing tennis more regularly, there are a number of different clubs in Barnet
You can join a club with any level of experience.
Join a tennis league
Local Tennis Leagues offer adults the chance to play friendly, competitive tennis in Barnet.
The singles league is currently taking place at Victoria park. It is an all inclusive competition, encouraging men and women of any age to participate.

Sensory Tennis
Sensory Tennis is a set of activities designed by Sense to make tennis accessible for people with complex disabilities.
This activity is suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience in tennis.

Barnet Council and the LTA have announced a partnership to invest in and refurbish 21 public park tennis courts across the borough.
