-The number of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) currently active within your local authority - as of the date of receiving this request- The number of new EHC Plans issued within the 2023 calendar year (1st January 2023-31st December 2023)- The number of initial requests for an EHC plan made to your authority in the 2023 calendar year- The number of EHC plans issued in 2023 within the 20 week timescale, excluding cases where exceptions apply. - The number of decisions relating to EHC Plans that were appealed in the 2023 calendar year - and the outcomes of these appeals.- The number of EHCP related appeals for which an outcome was ultimately reached at a tribunal - and the outcomes of these appeals.
