Ballymore / TfL Edgware development : London Plan 2021 : fire and emergencies The London Plan contains two policies relating to fire and emergencies:Page 145, D11 - Safety, Security, and Resilience to EmergenciesPage 147, D12 - Fire Safety, including B. Fire StatementWill it be the responsibility of Barnet Council or the Mayor at Stage 1 to ensure that the submission of D11 and D12 as part of the planning application will be thoroughly assessed, and that the London Fire Brigade is the appropriate body to conduct the assessment?
