Edgware Way Grassland Development of Golf Course - Details of the Planning Process

The Edgware Way Grassland - a Site of Metropolitan Importance for Nature Conservation (SMINC) - has been desginated for the use of a luxury golf course. Furthermore, guards have been placed to prevent acess to the nature reserve. I would like to see all of the relevant details of the planning application and specifically information of whether a consultation with local residents took place and what the results of this consultation were; the amount of money paid to purchase the land; who made the decision to sell the site; and details of how the impact on the community caused by loss of a nature reserve was considered.
