Good morning,Can you please confirm how the Council's HMO department come to know that the above property required a property licence?I would like to know whether there was a referral from another department within the Council and, if so, which department. Or, did the HMO department receive a complaint, which required it to carry out an investigation. If this is the case, please confirm, without confirming any personal details, the source of the complaint.I look forward to hearing from you.
