Concrete Cladding

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information: 1. All Barnet Council correspondence (internal & external, including but not limited to email, meeting minutes, memos, and postal communication) relating to the decision to choose concrete cladding to replace the timber cladding on timber-frame housing stock in Barnet. 2. All information held by Barnet Council and correspondence (as above) detailing which alternative options to concrete cladding were considered, including why these other options were ultimately disregarded. 3. All information that is held by Barnet Council regarding the specific fire safety regulations the current timber cladding breaches, including why fire-retardant treated timber cladding does not meet these regulations/requirements and is not a suitable alternative to concrete cladding. 4. All Barnet Council documentation relating to any risk assessment that has been performed for replacing timber cladding with concrete cladding, including any consideration of the extra weight burden of concrete cladding on the current timber-frame housing stock foundations.
