I'm reaching out to clarify my previous FOI. I'm looking for data between 1st Jan -31st Dec 2023. inclusive and I am referring to private rentals. In your council, how many 'improvement notices' were requested? (This will reference section 11 or 12 of the Housing Act 2004)How many 'emergency works notices' (sometimes called an emergency remedial action notice) were requested? (Section 40 of the Housing Act 2004.)How many of each were issued?
