Pentavia Retail Park, Land just south of Bunns Lane, Mill HillPlease inform me as to the planning policy that the Council apply to this land (which I understand was formerly a retail establishment of Messrs Homebase).If a planning application were to be submitted would change of use - to something other than retail - be permitted?Given the apparent need to build residential tower blocks in the Borough, would such use be acceptable on this site?Has any planning application been made and, if so, for what purpose (and what is its reference number)?
