Can you please tell me:-The number of listed building enforcement notices issued by the council in each of the last ten financial years (up to 2023/24)? Please provide the numbers separately for each year.-The number of injunctions pursuant to section 44A (1) of the Listed Buildings Act 1990 a) sought and b) secured by the council in respect of listed buildings in each of the last ten financial years (up to 2023/24)? Please provide the numbers separately for each year.-The number of prosecutions initiated by the council relating to breaches of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 or Scheduled ancient monuments (Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979) in each of the last ten financial years (up to 2023/24)? Please provide the numbers separately for each year.
